Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, e-check or cash. A Credit card or e-check deposit may be required in order to secure your reservation. Any remaining balance is due by time of delivery and setup. Cash payments may be given to the delivery crew on arrival and credit card or e-check payments can be made online prior to the delivery and setup. Inflatables will not be set up until payment in full has been received. A small administrative fee is added to electronic payments and detailed on your invoice. 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, you may buy a gift certificate. They are a great option for someone with an upcoming party.

Why do you charge a delivery fee and tax

We charge a small and fair fee to help us offset fuel and maintenance costs for our delivery vehicles. The delivery fee is based on distance in miles from our location to yours. The labor for setup and pickup is always included in your rental price. The state of CT requires that we collect 6.35% sales tax on all rental costs and fees charged. to the client. 

How long do we get the rental

Unlike many rental companies, we do not give you a small window of time to enjoy your inflatable rental. When possible, we will leave the inflatable with you for up to 24 hours. In cases when the rental is committed to another client the next day or there is bad weather that delays delivery we will work with you to ensure you keep the rental for as long as possible and sometimes come late at night or early the next morning. There is nothing worse than someone showing up to pick up the inflatable while the party is still going. We want to ensure the inflatable is the hit of your party or event!

Is there a contract or waiver?

Yes, all clients are given a contract / liability waiver specific to their reservation. This will be emailed with the invoice once the reservation is booked. The details of the rental and all associated costs will be clearly stated. The client will be educated on all of the safety rules and operation of the inflatable at time of delivery and assumes all liability associated with the inflatable while in their possession. We ask that the form be signed and returned via email once received. When the reservation is made on short notice, our delivery crew will have the client sign a printed copy of the form prior to setting up the unit. 

What is your policy for damaged products?

As described in the contract / waiver, the client assumes all responsibility for damage to the unit and associated equipment while in their possession. It is important that the client follow all rules and protocols with the rental to ensure no damage occurs. 

Is there a cancellation policy?

Due to the demand and seasonal aspect of this industry, we require 7 days notice for cancellation for any reason other than weather. For non-weather related cancellations less than 7 days from the reservation date payment is expected and may, at our discretion, be credited toward a future reservation,. Safety is always our number one priority so if a cancellation is made by Fairfield Inflatables due to forecasted rain or high winds the client will not be responsible for payment. and will be eligible for a deposit refund if a mutually agreed upon alternate date is not possible.. Slides may be used immediately after a rain storm as long as there is no thunder/lightening or high winds.

Should I tip the delivery crew?

Providing our clients with the highest level of satisfaction, safety and knowledge is our number one priority. Tips are not included in our price, but if you feel the person or crew did an outstanding job and deserves a tip they will always be appreciated. Any tip(s) should be given directly to the delivery person or crew and are not collected by Fairfield Inflatables, LLC.

What is your policy regarding rain?

Dry units will NOT go out if rain is forecasted during your reservation. When the dry units get rained on it can take hours of labor to remove the water from inside the unit as the water enters through the seams. Slides may, at our discretion, be delivered with rain in forecast but if storms are likely the reservation will be cancelled and we will work to reschedule to a future date.
